2002 Ford Mustang resources:

2002 Ford Mustang

The Ford Mustang has been known for its performance and classic lines for a period of many years, earning itself a place in the hearts of driving enthusiasts everywhere. The new 2002 Ford Mustang Coupe continues this fine tradition with two models - the Mustang Coupe and Mustang GT Coupe.

Each Ford Mustang Coupe is built with a driver depowered air bag, passenger depowered air bag, and front head restraints. Optional ABS brakes are available for maxumum control and confidence in hazardous situations.

With a convenient seating capacity of four passengers and two-door entry, the Ford Mustang Coupe doles out an array of features that includes cruise control, theft deterrent system, keyless entry system, power windows, power door locks, and dual power outside mirrors.

Other great standards such as air conditioning and AM/FM stereo with CD player compliment the overall comfort and convenience of the Mustang Coupe. Supple leather upholstery is also available as an option for sporty style and terrific looks.

At the epicenter of the Mustang Coupe is the six-cylinder engine with sequential port fuel injection system, center of vee camshaft, 190 horsepower, and 220 lbs-ft of torque. Every Ford Mustang Convertible is equipped with all-season performance SBR tires.

Standard transmission is a quick-shifting five-speed manual that derives the best out of the car’s performance, with optional automatic transmission available. The Mustang Coupe has rear wheel drive, and the fuel economy rating is 19/29 (city/hwy).

The Ford Mustang GT Coupe upgrades performance with an eyebrow-raising eight-cylinder engine with SOHC, 260 horsepower, and 302 lbs-ft of torque for a thrilling drive. Acceleration is effortless and smooth while the engine works its magic.

The Mustang GT Coupe also features ABS brakes, traction control, limited slip differential, and front fog lights as standard measures for improved overall safety.
