The new 2002 Nissan Altima
is an elegant combination of luxury and high performance
in a four-door sedan. Each vehicle has a seating capacity
of five passengers in a well-appointed interior, with

Four models are available
this year - Altima 2.5 Sedan, Altima 2.5S Sedan, Altima
2.5SL Sedan, and Altima 3.5 SE Sedan. A wide variety

the Nissan Altima 2.5 Sedan features a 2.5-litre, variable
timing DOHC, 16-valve, four-cylinder engine that reaches
175 horsepower and 181 lbs-ft of torque. With its five-speed
manual transmission, it reacts quickly and quietly to
acceleration.
Each of these front wheel
drive vehicles are equipped with power-assisted vented
front and rear disc brakes, and sixteen-inch steel wheels

power windows, and power door locks. The rear seat conveniently

steering wheel, and an eight-way power adjustable driver’s
seat. The audio system has been upgraded to include
a six-CD changer with eight speakers.
Crowning the line up,
the Nissan Altima 3.5SE Sedan features a boost to a
3.5-litre, 24-valve, variable timing DOHC, six-cylinder
engine that hum to the tune of 240 horsepower and 245
lbs-ft of torque. The sport-calibrated suspension makes
for improved overall handling, especially in tight corners.
