| 2010 Mercedes-Benz GL-class Highlights: |
The GL class from Merc has received fresh styling for 2010. The premium large SUV from Mercedes, is a longer version of the M Class. The GL can seat up to 7 people when compared to the M Class’s 5. Let us see the engines lined up for this Merc SUV. The SUV has a Turbodiesel DOHC V61 engine to boast about. This engine is 3 liters in displacement and gives a power output of 210 hp. The 7 speed automatic transmission does a mileage of 17. If you need more power and a very heavy engine, then try the top line GL550 which has 382 horsepower churning beast of an engine which is 5.5 liters in displacement with a V8. The mileage is pretty bad though at 12 MPG in city. The Wooden interior trims, safety features such as ABS and traction control make the GL Class a complete SUV which one can safely take their family out on in weekends. The positives of this SUV are its Build quality and cargo space. The Fuel economy however burns a hole in your pocket. In short, this SUV can do much better with enhanced fuel figures. A good combination of power with performance from Mercedes |

Formula for calculating dealer cost:
- Example: Base dealer Invoice price + the dealer Invoice price of Options + Destination - Holdback = Total Dealer Cost
- What is Holdback? A hidden amount that manufacturers give back to a dealer. It is a percentage of the MSRP or the Invoice price.
Total Dealer Cost (calculated above) + Taxes/Licensing Fees - Rebate/Incentive = True Cost (You can get the rebates, incentives & invoice options pricing at Edmunds.)
