2016 Range Rover Overview:

About the 2016 Land Rover Range Rover
The 2016 Land Rover Range Rover offers drivers a luxurious and comfortable driving experience, while still retaining the off-road performance owners of Land Rovers have come to expect. A robust series of features such as a supercharged V-6 engine with 340 horsepower and four wheel drive further provides drivers with the power needed to get to where they're going - on or off the road.

The most notable enhancement option made available for the 2016 series of this vehicle is the 3.0 liter diesel V-6 engine. However, features familiar to Land Rover fans will all still mostly be present, including the vehicle's Terrain Response traction system. The 2016 Land Rover Range Rover also has seats which can be heated or cooled depending on driver preference, including rear seats.

The 2016 Land Rover Range Rover is available in a variety of styles, including the SUV and Sport editions. The vehicle is only available within an eight speed automatic transmission, however a number of different modes are available. These include normal, sport, and manual shifting options.

Drivers can expect a high degree of road comfort and low levels of pattern noise, particularly for an SUV. This land rover accelerates lower than some of its competitors in a similar price range, and this is especially true for the diesel engine edition. However, the vehicle is still quite speedy by most standards, capable of zero to sixty in roughly 7.4 seconds.

The Land Rover offers reasonable fuel efficiency for a vehicle of its type, reaching 14 city, 19 highway, and 16 combined miles per gallon.
How to Calculate The Dealer Cost of a Range Rover:

Formula for Calculating Dealer Cost:

  • Example: Base Range Rover invoice price + the dealer Invoice price of options + destination - Holdback = Total Dealer Cost.
  • What is Holdback? A hidden amount that manufacturers give back to a dealer. It is a percentage of the MSRP or the Invoice price.

Total Dealer Cost (calculated above) + Taxes / Licensing Fees - Rebate / Incentive = True Cost (You can get rebates and incentives here.)

Note: All Range Rover Prices above are approximate amounts. Prices are subject to change without notice.

A note about rebates: Most rebates are subtracted from the "on the road" figure. In most cases, you can have the rebate if you are arranging your own financing or you are paying cash. If you decide to use the manufacturer’s low interest financing, you do not usually get the rebate. Ask your dealer for details.
